The text details the 'Ten Auspicious Places' (Sipseungji), refuges believed to offer sanctuary during times of turmoil, in locations such as Gyeryongsan, Gayasan, Jirisan, and Deogyusan, as described by the predictions of Grand Master Doseon.

This Joseon-era prophecy book blends Taoist philosophy, as mentioned by Jeong Do-ryeong, with Korean folk beliefs and Buddhist elements, reflecting a unique Korean tradition of divination literature (Docham).

The manuscript shows signs of age, consistent with its historical period, but the content remains legible. It comprises 18 pages in total, with 12 pages of handwritten text and 6 blank pages. Following the main text, two lines of original poetry are included, such as 'A lonely night rain brings a sudden chill.'
