Project Lead: Your People

How do you position yourself within your own project? In what ways are you an insider, outsider, artist, curator, trainer, convenor, researcher? Consider your position, the story you want to tell, the conversations you want to enter. What are your guiding principles (anti-racist, feminist, environmentalist, etc.)? How will the way you identify as an instigator influence the way you set up the project? Think about the team you need and how it might complement your own position.
