In participatory projects, making choices about target audiences is helpful to consider early on and then to revisit over time. Did your target audience change over time? How did you define and attempt to reach your target audiences? How did your partners, influencers and participants impact who you reached? Were there any disagreements about this process? Are you still working on outreach and distribution and has it changed over time?
